What Is Your Returns Policy?

We offer 7-day product refund on items that are flawed out of the box. Please fill out the return request form on our contact page and we’ll email back with return instructions. Please note, shipping and handling charges for the returned item are not refundable.

Where Do You Ship To?

Currently we only ship to USA and Canada. We do not ship to anywhere outside of these regions.

When Will My Order Ship?

Each order is subject to credit card verification, most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Currently, we do not ship products on the weekends and holidays. You can track your order progress after logging in or contact us if you have any other inquiry.

How Can I Track My Order?

After placement of your order, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number which you can check on this site with. And after product shipment, you’ll receive a shipping tracking number.
